1、 Product Overview:
3221 high-performance roughness meter, equipped with a dot matrix color LCD screen for easier operation and display, with a resolution of 320 × 480,It can display the roughness curve of the entire section delicately. Adopting a split design of host and driver, with vertical range400μm, An increase in measurement range is beneficial for measuring uneven surfaces. At full range gear, the system resolution is 8 nanometers. The starting position C of the contour section can be customized to meet the requirements of measuring roughness during grinding. The roughness curve measurement is more realistic, and the calculation of various parameters is more accurate. Digital modulation and demodulation improve the measurement accuracy and anti-interference performance of instruments. The position of the stylus can be displayed, and three calibration methods including average value, peak valley value, and peak spacing can be adjusted; All parameters can be set with upper and lower limit alarms; One measurement can calculate and display the ISOR family parameters as well as the contour P family parameters. 2、 Product Usage:
The 3221 high-performance roughness meter is designed to be compact in size, easy to carry, and suitable for on-site measurement of roughness on various machined surfaces. Increasing the vertical range of the sensor to 400 μ m has greater applicability for workpieces with significant irregularities such as curved surfaces. Adopting a split design of the host and driver, the compact driver is more flexible and can be connected to height gauges, various brackets, measurement platforms, etc. to achieve surface measurement of numerous complex shaped workpieces, even certain curved surfaces, certain inclinations, various internal cavity walls, tooth surfaces, grooves, etc. By selecting various sensors, it can better solve various on-site application problems such as small aperture, small diameter, curved surface, groove, deep groove, etc.
